Hi, I am not able to open attachments that tutor sent me. Yesterday I was able to , is there a duration on how long I am able to open it ? TY!

Try refreshing the page then try to click on the link again to see if it will open. I have had this happen before where the attachment is in my Wyzant messages and it gives an error when I click it. Each time I just press F5 to refresh and then it opens up just fine.
