Start by graphing the lines associated with each of these inequalities. For 3x-4y≥12, your line will be solid. And for 2x+y<1, your line will be dotted (because there's no line under the <).
Then use (x,y)=(0,0) in each inequality to determine which side of each line to shade.
3(0)-4(0) = 0, and 0<12 (not ≥), so shade the side of the solid line that does not include (0,0).
2(0)+0=0, and 0<1, so shade the side of the dotted line that does include (0,0).
