Hi Rachel!
First, I want to say that your post alone is a great way to start figuring out what individualized help you need! It's not easy to reach out, so you should be proud of yourself for being vulnerable and doing so despite that.
Second, I want you to know that you're not alone in asking that question; I've been in your shoes before asking precisely the same thing for what felt like forever. I am here to report that although that period in my life felt like forever, it was not forever. I hope that at the least gives you some hope that there is help for you.
Because I don't know anything more than you are looking for help in identifying the general and specific areas you're wanting guidance and assistance with overcoming (or something similar to that), my answer here won't be able to go into the depth it should because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to life and all its obstacles!
I'd be curious to know more about what you are doing currently throughout your day-to-day life, how old you are, what your interests are, etc... Because to get from point A to point B to point C and so on, identifying point A (the starting point) is the first step.
Please feel free to contact me if you have more questions. Helping others is truly something I'm passionate about!
All the best,
Hope T.

Rachel W.
Hi! And, thank you… Well, I’m 35 years old and everyday is pretty much the same. I wake up around 5/530 and get ready for my day. I start work at 715, and I work until 4 pm. I’m a phlebotomist for local doctors (some are you n the building I work at and some are referred to me) and I’m on my feet the whole time. I have had two knee surgeries on my left knee and two on my right, and they still aren’t fixed. So pain is also a daily hiccup. After work, I go home clean up around the house, continuously do laundry, and fix dinner for my bf and his son. I also try and get off my legs as much as possible. His son and I usually watch movies together before he goes to bed. I’m usually in bed by 930. Sleeping is an issue as well. I can usually fall asleep but I wake several times throughout the night. Then when morning comes, I make them breakfast, wake up the son and urge him along to get him ready for school, and I too get ready for work. I’m out the door after all that and head to work. Everyday is that way. On weekends, I usually ride (on warm days) with my bf on his motorcycle. If he’s working in the garage (he owns a chop shop and mechanic business) I hang out with his son and we do various stuff, like take him to stores and we get groceries together etc. And on Sundays, he comes to church with me and we head back home after. Sometimes we walk dogs at our local animal shelter. And on Monday the cycle repeats. My interests are reading, riding horses, fishin, gardening, riding with my bf, camping, painting or pottery, and just generally being outside. Thank you for reaching out to me, it really means so much.03/26/23
