8 nos of 16 mm steel bar are used for a G+2 building. How the 12 meter steel bars available in the market are cut for the purpose with three lapping in each floor?

The rebars are cut on each floor. For example, when the foundations are poured, the column rebars are spliced with the dowel bars of the foundation and then the rebars of the first floor are cut longer than the first floor height and then the second floor column rebars are spliced with the first floor column rebars. Assuming 3 m height on each floor, each bar is cut into two three pieces.
