Start with two-point form
(y - 1) / (x - 6) = (4 - 1) / (5 - 6)
let (6,1) = (x1, y1)
and (5,4) = (x2, y2)
find gradient: m = change in y/ change in x
then use (y - y1) = m*(x -x1)
