Wyzant has a "Good Fit Guarantee" that allows you to ask for a refund if you are unsatisfied with your first lesson with a tutor. There should be a student profile page you see when you access wyzant.com which mentions it. The mention has a link in the words "Good Fit Guarantee" (they are blue), and clicking on that link should start the process of asking for a refund.
