In a numerical sequence the first number is 11, the second number is 13, the third number is 17 and the sixth number is 29. What is the 20th number in the sequence?

but there are an endless number of patterns that could explain the sequence

11,13,17,....29, ...

or 1st 6 increase by 18, or 18/6=3 per term

next 20-6=14 increase by 3x14=42

42+29 = 71, 20th term=71

or the terms may be prime numbers

then the 20th prime after 11 is 89
