Help please! Algebra 2 problem

“You are building a rectangular fence along the side of a lake for an orchard. The river will serve as one side of the fence. You have 80 feet of railing to enclose an area of 782 square feet and want each side of the fence to be at least 18 feet long. What are the dimensions of the fence?”

Agreed draw the diagram, if drawn correctly you should see that you have one length and two widths; three lengths that must total 80 since that is how much railing you have with 18 being the minimum measure for the sides. Use the equation given below and you should be able to check it using the perimeter.
