Therefore, we have 140 = 2(L+W) or

70 = L+ W (1)

Also,

L = 10 + 2*W (2)

Now, if we plug equation (2) into equation (1), we obtain:

70 = 10 + 2*W + W = 10 + 3*W → 60 = 3W → W = 20.

Subsequently, L = 70 - W = 50.
