Vertex form of a parabola is y = a(x-h)2 + k, where (h, k) is the vertex.
So, plugging in (6, 2) we get y = a(x-6)2 + 2
Now all you have to do is find the "a" value and replace it in the formula. You can use the other point to find "a" by plugging in the x and y coordinates (x = 9 and y = 114) into this equation and solving for a:
114 = a(9-6)2 + 2
