The zeros of the quadratic are 3,7, so in factored form the polynomial is:
(x-3)(x-7)
In general form, it is
x2-10x+21
a=1
b=-10
c=21
To convert this to standard form, we need to write it as:
a(x-h)2 + k
a=1
h=-b/2a=10/2=5
k=c - b2/4a=21- (100/4)=21-25=-4
Therefore the equation can be written in standard form:
(x-5)2+4

Vertex form is standard form. Please see: https://openstax.org/books/algebra-and-trigonometry-2e/pages/5-1-quadratic-functions About 4-6 pages in.10/24/22

Many people make the mistake that general form is standard form. standard form is vertex form. Check out the PreCalculus or Algebra and Trigonometry texts from OpenStax by Rice University.10/24/22
