To find percent you need to divide the number of items you are trying to find the percent of by the total number of items and then that answer multiplied by 100. In this case the number of cracked eggs should be divided by the total number of eggs then that number would be multiplied by 100.

2/12 = 0.1667 * 100 = 16.67%
