If this means    [ ln(u) ]³  = 7 ln(u)      proceed as follows:

 

   First divide both side by ln(u)   this leads to

     [ln(u) ]²  = 7           next take the square root of both sides 

 

   ln(u)  = sqrt(7)         finally exponentiate both sides

 

  u =  exp( sqrt(7))  =  14.09403

If this really is (ln(u))³=7ln(u).   I am using perhaps too many parens, but I seek clarity.

(ln(u))²=7

lnu=√7

u=e^√7

The other reading ln(u³)=7lnu

gives 3lnu=7lnu.  The only way that happens is if lnu=0 or u=1
