Real situation where y=15x-50 would apply?

How can I make up a real situation, or word problem, where y=15x-50 (15 is the slope and -50 is the y intercept)? Please help.

I owe my friend $50. I have to pay him back before I can start keeping the money to save up for a new phone. I earn $15/hr. How many hours do I have to work before I have $300 saved for a new phone?

So essentially because I owe, I start at -$50. Then its +15 per hour. And plug in hours.

15x-50= 300

15x=350

x= 23.33

I'd need to work 23 and 1/3 hours (23 hrs 20 minutes) to save enough :).
