The point is -2√3 units away from the origin along the x axis, and 2 units away along the y axis.
Polar coordinates have the form (R,θ), where R=√(x2+y2)=√((-2√3)2+22)=√16=4.
Meanwhile, θ=tan-1(y/x)=tan-1(2/-2√3)=-0.52 rad.
This is equivalent to -30º, or -π/3.
So your coordinates are (4,-π/3)
