These used to really confuse me!
So, if I asked you to find f(2), we'd replace every x with 2, right?
22 + 2(2) - 6
Another way to write (f•g)(x) is f(g(x)), sooooo, every x in f(x) is going to be replaced with g(x), aka x + 5 in this case.
f(g(x)) = (x + 5)2 + 2(x + 5) - 6
