The line passes through (2, 1) and (0, b)
Start with two-point form.
(y - 1) / (x - 2) = (b - 1) / (0 - 2)
(y - 1) / (x - 2) = (b - 1) / -2
-2(y - 1) = (b - 1)(x - 2)
-2y + 2 = bx - 2b - x + 2
x-intercept at y = 0
-2(0) + 2 = bx - 2b - x + 2
-2 = b(x - 2)
-2 / (x - 2) = b
