Narrower and translated down. A coefficient of 2 in front of x^2 means it's a vertical stretch. Imagine taking a rubber band and pulling it's ends further apart. You'll notice the rubberband gets "taller" which also makes it narrower. The -5 at the end is a vertical translation down since the term is negative.
