zeros are -4, -i and -i+1
x=-4
x+4 =0
x +4 is a factor
imaginary zeros come in conjugate pairs
so if -i is a zero so is +i
if -i+1 is a zero so is +i+1
x=-i= (-1)(i)
x^2 = (-1)^2(i)^2 = 1(-1) = -1
x^2 = -1
x^2 +1 = 0
x^2 + 1 is another factor
x= -2+i
x+2 = i
x^2 +4x +4 =-1
x^2 +4x +5 = 0
x^2 +4x +5 is another factor
multiply the factors together
(x+4)(x^2+1)(x^2-4x+5)
= x^5 + 8x^4 -10x^3 + 20x^2 - 11x + 20
