Take log of both sides and use the log properties
log13000 + 12xlog(1+0.059/12) = log63700 + xlog(1-0.143)
12xlog(1+0.059/12) - xlog(1-0.143) = log63700 - log13000
x = [log63700 - log13000] / [12log(1+0.059/12) - log(1-0.143)]
