Cardiovascular testing: The person must be on a treadmill for at least 5 to 10 min and check the heartbeats per minute. If the beat heart rate goes too high this person has a poor cardiovascular system.
Strength test: The squat test tests the strength of the Lumbar Hip Complex which reveals the strength of the legs. and to test upper strength: A pulling and pushing exercise, one of each to the maximum capacity. I hope this helps
