= 14^(2/3)
= cube root of 14 squared = cube root of 196
= 196^(1/3)
= 1961/3
use a radical sign with a 3 outside above the left side of the radical sign and 196 inside
= about 5.808
But if you actually meant
[(14^1)/3]^2 then
= (14/3)^2
=(14^2)/3^2
= 196/9
= 21 7/9
= 21.777....
there is no radical form
you probably meant the first answer, especially since you're asking for an answer in radical form
