(x+1)(x-1)(x-3)
=(x^2-1)(x-3)
=x^3 -3x^2 -x +3
plug in the point (2,5) to solve for the coefficient of the leading term
5 = a(2^3 -3(2)^2 -2 +3)
5 =a(8 -12 +1)
5 =-3a
a =-5/3
f(x) = (-5/3)(x^3 -3x^2-x +3)
f(x) = -5x^3/3 +5x^2 + 5x/3 -5 is a function with least degree and the given zeros going through the given point
