College student in desperate help

Question

My professor is grading us on a 80% of the grade comes from the tests and 20% comes from the homework, if a student gets a 50% in the test but in their homework it's a 80 to 100.... what's the final grade???????%

.8(50) + .2H = final grade

lower bound is .8(50) +.2(80) = 40+16 = 56

upper bound is .8(50) +.2(100) = 40+20 = 60

you'll get between 56 and 60 if the homework grade is between 80 and 100
