What specifically you do not understand? As far as I can determine, the article consists of a single ¶. CBIZ MHM is a consulting firm whose clients are established fashion industry companies. Now the company plans to provide consulting services to new fashion companies that are just starting in business.

 

I can imagine the newly formed fashion companies have different consulting needs than do established companies in the fashion industry.
