for 2030, t = 30

N(30) = 1.24(30) +28.4 = 37.2 + 28.4 = 65.6 = 65.6 million in 2030

go 30 to the right, and the y value increases by 1.24 times 30 = 37.2 37.2+28.4 = 65.6
