You didn't provide the graph that is supposed to be "shown below." But no matter, this problem is easy. The notation f(-2) means the value of the function when x = -2. Go to x = -2 on the x-axis, then go up (or down, depending on where the graph is) until you hit the graph then read the y value of that point off of the graph. That y-value is f(-2).
