You need to use the midpoint formula for this.
Xmidpoint = (XA+XB)/2 and Ymidpoint = (YA+YB)/2
that means: -5 = (-6+XB)/2 and -2 = (-4+YB)/2
Multiplying both sides of each equation by 2 gets you:
-10 = (-6+XB) and -4 = (-4+YB)
Now you can solve for XB by adding 6 on both sides of that equation, so you get -4 = XB
You can find YB by adding 4 to both sides of its equation, so you get 0 = YB
So B = (-4,0).
