The point-slope form of the equation of a line is y - y1=m (x - x1)
where (x1,y1) is the given point (coordinate)
Given equation is y-12=4(x+5)
Which is the same as y-12=4(x - - 5)
Compare this given equation with our point-slope form,
The point is (-5,12)
