Not sure I understand the question. You list 4 values that x is not equal to. It IS equal to an infinite amount of other values, so I guess if you had to graph it, it would be the entire x,y plane except for 4 vertical lines at the values given. There would be no intervals to write, other than the exceptions which you stated.
