x intercept is -2/5 or the point (-2/5, 0)
y intercept is -6 or the point (0 -6)
those two points have a line thought them with slope = (0- -6)/(-2/5 - 0) = 6/2/5 = 6x-5/2 = -15
the equation of the line through those intercepts is
y=-15x + b, b can be calculated by plugging in either point, either intercept, or just recognize the y intercept = b = -6, given in the problem
then the equation is
y=-15x -6 in slope intercept form
