"Standard Form" means put the term with the highest exponent in it first and then the one with the second highest exponents second, and so on. So that would be:
3z4 + 2z3 + 5z
The degree is the value of the exponent in the leading term (assuming a single variable). So this polynomial is degree 4.
The leading coefficient is the number that the first term is multiplied by so in this case that would be 3.
There are three terms in the polynomial (the first term is 3z4, the second term is 2z3, and the third term is 5z), which makes it a trinomial.
