Okay, just calm down a bit. What a scale drawing is, it's akin to a proportion problem or like a road map. Graph paper may be useful for this project. that will help give you some evenly made blocks premade for you to use. You can use something like every block equals an inch, a foot, or a yard for example. WHAT you use as your model depends on you, but I think something stationary would be useful. You can use something like a car (where feet per several blocks can be useful), a sign (ditto for large signs, inches for smaller ones), a stuffed animal or toy (inches would be useful), or the front of your house/home (feet per block can be useful if a house; yards per block if it's an apartment section). You can also do several blocks, like making one inch equal 1 foot if you draw the interior of a room.
The item doesn't matter, though something that your rather familiar with will help you visualize its nuances as you draw it. All 'scale' means here is that you either shrink it down or blow it up at the same rate as each part of the item.
