f(x) = x^2 -7x + 5
f(-7) = (-7)^2 -7(-7) + 5 = 49+49+5
= 103
f(x+7) =(x+7)^2 -7(x+7) +5 = x^2 +14x+49-7x-49 +5
= x^2 +7x +5
f(-x) = (-x)^2 -7(-x) +5
= x^2 +7x +5
