Factoring problem

Suppose a football is kicked from the ground and its height, h, in feet above the ground is given by h = -3.9t2 + 15.6t

The time, t, represents the number of seconds after the ball is kickedAt what time does the football hit the ground?


I have to use factoring and getting a GCF

Yes! I know, but my teacher told me to do it by factoring and I don't know how to do it at that way :(

See if this is true a/a = 1 and b/a = A NICE WHOLE NUMBER if that works for you then at(t - NICE WHOLE NUMBER)=0; See if a is your GCF.
