For a number k, g(-----)= 3k - 2

Which is equivalent to g(4k) ?

g( -----)= 3k-2 , it follows that g(k)= 6k-2 (I am stuck on how this is calculated!!!)

I know the answer is 24k-2 (Not my question, but how do I arrive at 6k-2???)

I still do not see how you arrived at 6x. This is my only question. From that point i can easily solve, but have no clue how you arrived at 6x??
