Part A: Find the amplitude, period, y-minimum and maximum, and phase shift for Function 1.

Part B: Find the amplitude, period, y-minimum and maximum, and phase shift for Function 2.

Part C: Write a sentence to compare and contrast the 2 functions.

 y= 7sin(x+5) a = 7, max y = 7 min y = -7 period 2∏ and graph shift to the 5 unit to the left

 y=7cos(5x-1) a = 7 max y = 7 min y = -7 period 2∏/5

and graph 1/5 unit shifted to the right.
