Can someone please help me understand how to get the numerator on the left?? I don't know how to write the equation

(sets of carpet tiles) / (square footage to be covered)

On the left one, the problem tells you that 2 sets of carpet tiles cover 20 square feet, so the the left side is 2/20. On the right, x is the number of carpet tile sets needed to cover 240 square feet, so the right is x/240.

2/20 = x/240

Solve for x.
