As Paul M. pointed out in the comments, the sine function ranges between -1 and 1, so it cannot equal 35. Mark M. then commented that maybe you meant 3/5, and I'm thinking he's right. Whatever the value of sin θ, you can find cos θ using the Pythagorean Identity:
sin2θ + cos2θ = 1
Just plug in the value of sin θ and then solve for cos θ.
