1) Just keep adding 360° to it. That makes the terminator go around a full circle and end up back where it started, at 78°. 78° + 360° = 438°, 438° + 360° = ..., etc.
2) 255/360 = x/2π. Solve for x. Leave the answer in terms of pi times a fraction (don't use decimals).
3) The reference angle is the smallest angle formed between the x-axis and the terminator line of the angle as shown in the figure below for each quadrant, The angle (A) is in black, the reference angle (Ar) is in red.
