Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
same as 3x^2-6x +1 = 0, after dividing by 2
the discriminant is b^2 -4ac = 36-4(3)(1) > 0, b=-6, a = 3, c = 1
when b^2-4ac > 0 there are two real solutions

asked 03/02/21Use Descartes' rule of signs to help list the possibilities for the nature of the solutions for the equation. Do not solve the equation. (Select all that apply.)
6x2 − 12x + 2 = 0
2 nonreal complex solutions
2 negative solutions
2 positive solutions
1 positive solution and 1 nonreal complex solution
1 negative solution and 1 nonreal complex solution
Please help me! anybody!?

Thank you so much!. I want to make sure I understand it. Which gives me 2 or 0 positives zeros and 0 negatives if I'm not mistaken. I got the answer correct its 2 nonreal complex solutions & 2 positive solutions for the selection that apply.03/03/21
