0 = pi/2? Do you mean theta = pi/2?
Since 2pi = 4pi/2 is a complete circle, add or subtract multiples of 4pi/2 to each value until you get a value between 0 and 2pi.
1) -7pi/2 + 8pi/2 = pi/2 coterminal
2) 3pi/2 + 0 = 3pi/2 not coterminal
3) -3pi/2 + 4pi/2 = pi/2 coterminal
4) 5pi/2 - 4pi/2 = pi/2 coterminal
