25 = 2(L+W) = 2(1.3W + W) = 2(2.3W) = 4.6W

W = 25/4.6 = 250/46 = 125/23 = about 5.435 meters

L = (130/100)125/23) = (130/23)(5/4) = 650/92 = 7.065 meters
