Fahrenheit and centigrade temperatures are related by the formula C=5(F-32)/9, where C and F represent the temperatures in C degrees and F degrees, respectively. if the directions for chemical experiment require that the temperature of a certain liquid be kept between 25 degrees Celcius and 30 degrees Celcius, what range of temperatures in Fahrenheit will satisfy the temperature restrictions of the liquid?

(C,F) = (0,32) (100,212) the equation through those two points for freezing and boiling is
C=5(F-32)/9
or 9C = 5F-160
5F = 9C +160
F = 9C/5 + 32
F= (9/5)(25) + 32 = 45+32 = 77 degrees Fahrenheit
F= (9/5)(30) + 32 = 54+32 = 86 degrees Fahrenheit
77<F<86 is equivalent to 25<C<30
