Given

Width = W

Length = L = 2W

Then

Area = 2W x W

Area = 2W²

128 = 2W²

Divide both sides by 2

64 = W²

Solve for W by taking the square root of 64

√64 = W

8 = W

Since L = 2W

L = 2(8) = 16
