x2 + 121 is prime.
Had the polynomial been subtraction (x2-121) instead of addition, you would have had the difference of 2 squares and could have factored it as (x-11)(x+11).

BTW, if the polynomial was x2 - 121 it would have two factors because
x2 - 121 = (x - 11) (x + 11)
