The first one is correct because if you distribute the 5 you would get 10x and 40.

The second one is wrong because her work is x miles from her house so you have to multiply it by 2 (to and from work)

The third one is also correct because they are telling you to multiply both by 5.

The fourth one is wrong because she doesn't drive 7 times.
