I need help quick!

Perform the specific elementary row operations and type the resulting system of equations.

Usually a row operation is either a multiplication of a row by a constant or an addition of one row to another. You have not specified clearly what operation is to be performed.

Are you studying matrices in Algebra 2? I doubt that you are being asked to set up a matrix though it easily could be done. I agree with Paul M. that we need a better context before we can help you solve this problem.
