An inequality is defined by the direction of the inequality sign.
Also, the line that delimits the inequality is dotted when the inequality is "less than" or "greater than" and it's solid when the inequality includes the "or equal" designation.
So the red line is 2X+3, and the green line is X+5
C is the answer - you should verify that the ordered pairs are in the Gray field
For part b, double the first equation and verify that the two equations are identical. Identical answers have infinite solutions.
