a =-2, b=10, c= -3 plug in those values into the above equation to solve for x
x=-10/-4 + or - (1/-4)sqr(100-24)= 2.5 + or - (-1/4)sqr76 = 2.5 + or - about 2.2 = 0.3 or 4.7, almost zero & five
